Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Numerous handyman skills across general maintenance and repairs.
• Physically capable of lifting 100 lbs and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance to protect property appearance and condition.
• Respond promptly to service calls and complete repairs thoroughly.
• Conduct preventative care on HVAC and other systems as needed.
• Repair exterior and roof damage and assist with miscellaneous duties.
