Your Responsibilities as a Handyman Professional

* Create, present, and sell project estimates.

* Diagnose issues and develop effective solutions.

* Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks with efficiency and quality.

* Communicate effectively with customers and staff.

* Manage and acquire materials as needed.

* Collaborate with team members and management to achieve business objectives and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.

* Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role, with skills in various trades.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

* Own your own professional grade tools for a large variety of jobs.

* Licensed and insurable for driving our vehicle.

* Able to lift 50 pounds independently.

* Able to safely work at heights and work overhead for extended periods of time.

* Professional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicle

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $50K to $60K and is dependent on your experience as a professional handyman as well as your experience with other home repair and maintenance projects such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and drywall.
