Job Summary

Planned Companies – Handyman/Porter – Job Description

Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Planned Companies Building Services (PBS) is seeking friendly and detail-oriented Janitors and Custodians to provide cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Your role will be to ensure tenants, guests, and vendors have a clean, healthy, and safe environment.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
• Stripping, buffing, and waxing floors
• Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and furniture
• Sanitizing bathrooms and kitchen fixtures
• Emptying trash cans and washing windows
• Requesting supply orders and reporting repairs
• Assisting with projects and other duties as needed
• Light handyman duties and painting

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift 50 pounds or more
• Experience with cleaning products and equipment
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong communication skills
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
