Job summary

Clayton Homes is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician – Handyman to repair common service issues in manufactured homes and deliver outstanding customer service. You will perform general maintenance, respond to service requests, and work with a team to protect property and ensure homeowner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Numerous and varied handyman skills expected.
• Strong customer relations and communication skills essential.
• Able to lift and move items up to 100 lbs and perform strenuous tasks.

Responsibilities

• Repair common service problems in manufactured housing.
• Respond promptly to service calls and complete repairs thoroughly and timely.
• Perform general maintenance to maintain property appearance and condition.
• Complete service requests and perform preventative care on HVAC and other systems.
• Repair exterior and roof damage as needed.
