Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Strong customer relations and teamwork.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and perform strenuous tasks.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and post-offer drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Repair common service problems in manufactured housing.
