• 10+ years of hands-on experience in multiple trades (carpentry, repairs).

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-trade home repairs and light remodeling (carpentry, drywall, tile, fixtures).
• Work independently, manage on-site time from start to finish, troubleshoot and complete jobs safely.
• Provide on-site estimating, diagnose issues, explain options, and build client relationships.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in customer homes and company-provided vehicle.
