Job summary

Controlled Contamination Services in Durham, NC is seeking a reliable Handyman to perform a wide range of repairs and maintenance throughout our facility. The role requires solid craft skills, good organization, and the ability to manage time effectively to keep operations running smoothly.

You will use hand and power tools to fix equipment, perform light carpentry and painting, document work, and respond promptly to maintenance requests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar handyman role.
• Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.

Responsibilities

• Regularly perform maintenance jobs and light repairs.
• Repair equipment and machines across the facility.
• Identify, document and report maintenance and repair work.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide minor painting services.
• Suggest additional repairs when needed.
• All other duties as defined by supervisor.
