Job summary

Critter Control is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform exclusion, repair, and remediation on residential and commercial properties. You will identify entry points, install barriers like screens and vent covers, and complete repairs while adhering to safety and quality guidelines.

You’ll work in the field across various terrains, driving to sites, inspecting roofs and crawlspaces, and documenting work for customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related trades.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior exclusion, repair, and remediation services on properties.
• Identify entry points and install preventive exclusion materials.
• Complete minor roof, siding, and structural repairs.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane methods in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and customer reports.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure a positive experience.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address concerns.
