Job summary

Western Underground, Inc. in the Phoenix area is seeking an experienced Full-Time Wet Utility Foreman to supervise and actively participate in installing underground water, sewer, and storm drain systems. This is a hands-on leadership role.

You will lead field crews, operate heavy equipment, read plans, perform take-offs, and ensure safety and quality to meet project specs. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a foreman or lead in wet utility construction.
• Working foreman willing to perform hands-on installation work.
• Experience operating heavy equipment and reading construction plans.
• HVAC safety and OSHA standards knowledge is implied by certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews in installing water, sewer, and storm drain systems.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed and assist with installations.
• Read plans, perform take-offs, and plan daily work to meet deadlines.
• Maintain safety compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate with superintendents, inspectors, project managers, and customers.
