We specialize in the installation of underground water, sewer, and storm drain systems throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. We are looking for a motivated leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, and leading by example. The Wet Utility Foreman is responsible for supervising and actively participating in the installation of underground wet utilities. This is a working foreman position, requiring hands‑on involvement in daily operations, including operating heavy equipment and assisting the crew with installation activities. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with project plans and specifications. Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 yearly
Minimum 5 years of experience as a foreman or lead in wet utility construction. Extensive experience installing underground water, sewer, and storm drain systems. Must be a working foreman willing and able to perform hands‑on installation work. Experience operating backhoes, excavators, loaders, and other construction equipment. Thorough knowledge of M.A.G. Specifications and city supplements. Ability to read construction plans and perform material take-offs. OSHA 10 Certification (minimum required). Willing and able to obtain an OSHA 30 certification. Competent Person Certification. Laser level and grade control knowledge. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid Arizona Driver's License with an acceptable driving record. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Compensation:$70,000-$90,000 per year
