Group 1001 is seeking a hands-on Design/Engineering manager to oversee the web development and UI design team across multiple member companies. You will directly manage Lead, Senior, and Web/UI Developers, maintain hands-on contributions, and ensure brand integrity for marketing web properties.

You will own portfolio applications as Product Owner, oversee security, WCAG AA, and regulatory compliance, and drive design-system governance and SEO/GEO efforts across Group 1001 brands.

Competenze

• 10+ years of professional web design and front-end build experience
• Experience in financial services and/or insurance domain
• Ability to lead a team of designers and meet design standards

Mansioni

• Hands-on production-quality design and Webflow build work on critical-path properties
• Own portfolio applications as Product Owner including security and WCAG compliance
• Oversee architectural health, backups, and patching of applications
• Ensure access to tooling and run quarterly/sprint planning with marketing stakeholders
• Vet user stories for design fitness and readiness before sprints
• Match designers to projects based on skill and capacity
• Conduct 1:1s, set goals, and support designer growth
• Own enterprise design system strategy and governance
• Oversee SEO, GEO, and analytics integration across properties
• Drive continuous delivery improvements and MSA web property integration
