WSP USA in Boston is seeking a Full‑Time Water Resources Engineering Co‑Op for Spring 2027. You will work with our Water Resources Team while enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program through Northeastern University.

The position runs January 2027 to June 2027 and offers hands‑on exposure to real projects alongside senior staff. Responsibilities include field work, research, preliminary design calculations, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in an accredited Civil or Environmental Engineering program with an anticipated graduation date of June 2027 or later.
• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated interest in water resources engineering and ability to work with engineers and non‑engineers.
• Strong communication and written skills; able to take direction from mentors and leaders.
• Basic proficiency with technical writing, office software, and data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Assist with field work, research, and preliminary design calculations.
• Support preparation of final design plans, cost estimates, and documentation.
• Learn principles of Civil and Water Resources Engineering and contribute to project tasks.
