Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse IQ Supervisor in Mauldin, SC to lead a distribution team on the floor and ensure accurate and efficient product moves through the center.

This hands-on role demands strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Word and Excel. The supervisor reports to Site Manager and collaborates with senior leaders during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 3 years in Inventory Control
• Experience in a fast-paced large warehouse environment
• Supervisory experience required
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Experience with warehouse equipment (electric pallet jacks, forklifts) helpful
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Own, lead and manage the daily operations of the department.
• Oversee employees and all compliance-related functions of the distribution center.
• Coordinate daily processing of compliance reporting.
• Monitor and manage payroll of staff.
• Maintain hands-on accountability for department goals.
• Supervise daily activities, allocate work and ensure quality, accuracy, and housekeeping.
