Job summary

The ideal candidate will manage vendor compliance, coordinate daily compliance reporting, and work with senior leaders to meet department goals, while supervising payroll and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 3 years in Inventory Control and supervisory experience in a warehouse.
• Experience with vendor compliance program is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own, lead and manage daily operations of the department.
• Supervise daily activities and allocate resources to staff.
• Coordinate compliance reporting and monitor payroll.
• Maintain a safe work environment with proper safety procedures.
• Train employees on departmental procedures and identify training needs.
• Partner with leadership to transfer duties to Capstone team.
