Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead Pelzer manufacturing warehouse operations, ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely material handling. You will guide frontline teams across receiving, picking, staging, and shipping, maintaining strict inventory controls and ERP/WMS transaction integrity.

The role demands hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment, with cross-functional collaboration across Production, Materials, Planning, and Quality to meet customer commitments and production

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
• Supervisory or frontline leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing warehouse operations (receiving, inventory, picking, shipping).
• ERP/WMS experience required; Oracle experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Able to lead hourly employees across multiple functions.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, overtime, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and direction to warehouse associates across assigned functions and shifts.
• Plan and allocate manpower based on production priorities and daily needs.
• Ensure material is received, put away, picked, staged, and delivered on time to support production.
• Maintain control of Ship Loose material including picking, staging, and packaging for shipment.
• Ensure physical material movements are supported by Oracle transactions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through location control and cycle counting.
• Coordinate priorities with Production, Planning, Materials, Quality, and Logistics.
• Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and physical inventory processes.
