Job summary

Innovairre in Mount Pleasant, IA seeks a full-time 2nd Shift Material Handler to support a print manufacturing environment. You will verify and prepare materials, assist machine operators, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace while reducing cost-related errors and delivering quality client outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a willingness to learn, and reliable attendance. Prior material handling or forklift experience is a plus; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Knowledge of printstream software is a plus.
• Ability to lift 15–25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Verify and prepare materials according to work orders.
• Support mailroom by retrieving and organizing materials.
• Sort and prepare finished products for delivery.
• Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts).
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and report hazards.
• Communicate with team and supervisors to troubleshoot issues.
• Adhere to SOPs and participate in training.
