Aventure Staffing is seeking a Production Tech for a Milford, IA company. This role supports multiple manufacturing operations, working across processes to keep production efficient.

Training on first shift will occur until the second shift launches, with both shifts operating on a rotating schedule. Responsibilities include maintaining clean workstations, assembling parts, handling parts on the Paint Line, following guidelines, and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.
• Assembling products and parts.
• Keep a record of work orders.
• Loading raw parts and unloading finished product from Paint Line.
• Following production guidelines and specifications.
• Evaluate the quality of end products.
• Finalizing and packaging products for shipment.
• Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment.
• Working on the production line and meeting production targets.
• Reporting any issues to the Supervisor or Group Lead.
• Following health and safety standards.
• Work in a safe manner with an eye toward quality.
• May also be required to support other departments.
• Other duties, as assigned .

1st & 2nd Shift Production Tech $18/hr First shift hours 6am-4pm M-Th OT on Friday 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30pm – 1:30am (OT would fall on Friday if needed). Will train on first shift hours 6am-4pm M-Th until 2nd shift is launched estimated to be in October.
