Job summary

Bay Insulation of Minnesota is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and production operations. You will supervise General Laborers, Material Handlers, and Machine Operators, while assisting with laminator and band saw setup to maintain continuous production flow.

You will drive safety, quality and process improvements, manage schedules, coordinate purchasing and shipping, track KPIs, and ensure on-time order fulfillment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Min. 3–5 years in manufacturing/warehouse operations with 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong safety, lean, and quality control understanding.
• Proficient with ERP/inventory systems and production documentation.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and quality standards.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and hold accountable all general laborers, material handlers, and machine operators.
• Coordinate daily tasks, priorities, and monitor performance to meet goals.
• Conduct safety talks, team meetings, and performance feedback.
• Assist laminator and band saw setup and operation to maintain flow.
• Operate forklifts and move materials safely and efficiently.
• Oversee scheduling, purchasing, and shipping to ensure availability.
• Maintain production documentation and drive continuous improvements.
