Job summary

W3Global is seeking a hands-on Production / Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate has experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments and can lead a team while actively participating on the warehouse floor.

Production experience is a plus but not required; we value someone eager to learn, keep operations organized, and ensure safety and efficiency in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse or distribution center.
• Experience with order selection, shipping, and receiving.
• Previous experience supervising, coordinating, or leading warehouse employees.
• Comfortable performing hands-on warehouse duties rather than desk work.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site and support daily operational requirements.
• Willingness to learn production processes and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse and production activities.
• Lead employees while actively participating in order selection, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Coordinate incoming shipments, outgoing orders, and timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper product organization.
• Monitor product handling, storage, and inventory rotation using FEFO (First Expired, First Out).
• Ensure the warehouse and work areas remain clean, organized, and safe.
• Monitor daily work progress and help resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to meet daily operational goals.
• Follow established procedures for product handling, quality, and safety.
• Support employee training and help maintain efficient warehouse operations.
