Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; associate/bachelor’s preferred.
• 3+ years in warehouse/logistics; 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving.
• Experience with WMS and productivity reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations across receiving, inventory, picking, packing and shipping.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and performance metrics; adjust as needed.
• Coach and hold associates accountable to performance, attendance, safety, and standards.
• Conduct shift meetings; communicate priorities and foster a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards and procedures.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and partner with leadership.
