Job summary

UNIS is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Roanoke, TX to lead daily warehouse activities, from receiving to shipping, while driving safety, quality, and productivity. The role requires hands-on leadership, coaching teams, and ensuring customer commitments are met in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in warehouse logistics with leadership experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with WMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), productivity reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexibility to support varying shifts, weekends, overtime, and peak operational periods as business needs require.

Responsibilities

We're looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our team, where you'll lead warehouse operations, drive team performance, and ensure customer commitments are executed safely and efficiently. Success in this role means maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards while developing a highly engaged and accountable workforce.

This role is ideal for someone who is a hands-on leader, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys coaching teams to achieve operational excellence. You'll be successful if you can balance people leadership with day-to-day operational execution and continuous improvement.

Your Impact:

As an Operations Supervisor, you will:
