Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or lead experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes.
• Experience with WMS, inventory software, and barcode scanning preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to read and apply policies and procedures.
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations and personnel.
• Assign work and adjust staffing to meet operational goals.
• Monitor productivity, workflow, and efficiency.
• Promote and maintain a safe workplace and compliance with policies.
• Serve as liaison between warehouse staff, management, and other departments.
• Communicate issues to leadership as needed.
• Support employee training, coaching, and development.
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
• Maintain records, reports, and operational documentation.
• Support operations at multiple locations when necessary.
