Responsibilities

• Coach and train warehouse staff to reach operation efficiency and production goals.

• Ensure merchandise is priced according to pricing structure.
• Maintain quality control for all materials.
• Secure jewelry and high-ticket items; prevent theft or misplacement.
• Ensure safe, proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
• Keep work area clean, organized and compliant with policies.
