Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of supervisor or lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and daily warehouse operations during assigned shifts.
• Assign and adjust work tasks to meet productivity goals and operational needs.
• Monitor warehouse operations to ensure safe work practices and compliance with company standards.
• Serve as the main point of contact between warehouse staff, management, and other departments.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns to management as needed.
• Train and coach warehouse team members and support consistent operations.
• Cover one or more warehouse locations based on business needs.
