Job summary

The Realest in Dallas is seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to hands-on manage receiving, storage, fulfillment, returns, and shipment staging for high-value items in a hybrid work setting. You will handle inventory records, images for listings, and secure packaging while following SOPs with minimal supervision.

Ideal candidates will have warehouse or e-commerce fulfillment experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory, order management, and shipping platforms.
• Warehouse or e-commerce fulfillment experience preferred; no formal education required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, count, and process incoming inventory in the Admin system and verify status.
• Pick, pack, and process orders with secure shipment staging and product-specific handling standards.
• Use company systems to record transactions and manage the daily work queue independently.
• Maintain clean, safe receiving/storage/packing areas and report facility needs.
• Serve as a trusted keyholder with opening/closing and security procedures.
