Job summary

Janico Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead all daily warehouse operations across multiple locations, including West Coast support. The role requires a hands-on leader who can implement WMS and TMS, train staff, and drive efficiency.

The ideal candidate has experience opening or relocating facilities and can manage from the warehouse floor with a strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, and cost control.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations and leadership.
• Demonstrated experience implementing or launching WMS/TMS.
• Willingness to travel to multiple warehouse locations, including West Coast.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Develop and enforce SOPs; drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Lead from the warehouse floor, coaching and developing staff while maintaining accountability.
