Job summary

iWorkforce Solutions in Houston is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations supporting industrial valves, couplings, and related products. You will lead a hands-on team, manage inventory, and ensure safe handling and accurate order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of supervisory experience in distribution or manufacturing, with ERP (Epicor), WMS/RF, and MS Office proficiency, plus a forklift certification or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years in management roles.
• Experience in industrial products, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• ERP systems experience required; Epicor preferred.
• WMS/RF experience required.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Forklift certification preferred or able to obtain.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• High school diploma required; 2–4 year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations.
• Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain organized warehouse layout and material flow.
• Lead safety, training, and SOP adherence on the floor.
• Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and bottlenecks.
