LX Pantos America, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Clarksville, TN to lead daily warehouse and plant logistics activities. The role requires supervising receiving, inventory control, material supply, and outbound shipping while ensuring safety and accuracy in operations.

The position involves hands-on use of WMS/SAP/ERP systems, forklift operation, and supporting peak workloads to maintain uninterrupted material flow to production.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse or plant logistics experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1+ years of warehouse lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling.
• Experience using WMS, SAP, or ERP systems for warehouse transactions.
• Forklift operation experience and ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Willingness to operate forklifts and perform physical warehouse work as needed.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety practices.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, shipping, production staging, and finished goods handling.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and labor allocation based on production schedules and shipment priorities.
• Ensure timely movement of materials between warehouse and production lines.
• Monitor daily warehouse activities to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company procedures.
• Verify shipping accuracy before outbound shipments.
• Support urgent production requests and material movements.
