Job summary

LX Pantos Americas, located in Ellabell, GA, seeks an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage inventory accuracy, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment near Savannah. This hands-on role requires strong data analysis skills and forklift proficiency.

You will work with WMS to ensure accurate order fulfillment, conduct cycle counts, and drive safety and efficiency across the operation. Excellent leadership and communication abilities are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Experience as a Supervisor or Lead preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Certified forklift operator with OSHA awareness.
• Experience with inventory management and cycle counting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Operate and manage WMS to ensure accurate inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
• Monitor and control inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts and ensure safe forklift operations in compliance with SOPs and OSHA regulations.
• Train, assign, and supervise warehouse associates to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports using Microsoft Excel (inventory reports, productivity tracking, error analysis).
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with transportation, customer service, and management teams to support inbound and outbound logistics.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with 5+ years of logistics and warehouse operations experience. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, managing inventory accuracy, operating WMS systems, operating forklift, and handling data analysis using Excel. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of leading warehouse staff to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Operate and manage WMS (Warehouse Management System) to ensure accurate inventory tracking and order fulfillment
• Monitor and control inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Operate forklifts and ensure safe forklift operations in compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations
• Train, assign, and supervise warehouse associates to meet productivity and quality standards
• Prepare and analyze operational reports using Microsoft Excel (inventory reports, productivity tracking, error analysis, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and company policies

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Prior experience as a Supervisor or Lead preferred
• Strong working knowledge of WMS systems
• Certified and experienced forklift operator
• Solid experience in inventory management and cycle counting
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and handle multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ year in a lead or supervisory role
• Ability to speak/read/write Korean and Spanish a plus
• Experience in distribution center or 3PL warehouse environment
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
