Job summary

Phoenix Metals Company is seeking candidates for 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 10pm–6:30am) in our plant. The role involves metals processing, distribution tasks, and operating or supporting equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Ideal applicants have 0–5 years warehousing experience, high school diploma or GED, and the ability to obtain certification for material handling equipment. Safety and quality standards are essential to daily duties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must pass Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) criteria.
• Experience in warehousing and material handling preferred.
• Ability to operate forklift/rigging equipment after certification.
• Clear oral and written communication required.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Move inventory or equipment and fill customer orders.
• Pull material from racks, unload incoming material, load trucks.
• Receive, place/return items into stock locations, and restock material.
• Tag material for identification and complete documentation.
• Move material using forklift, side loader, or crane.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work area and ensure safety/quality standards.
