Job summary

Reliance, Inc. in Ohio is seeking a 3rd shift Distribution associate (Sunday - Thursday, 9pm - 6am) to support metals distribution activities within the plant environment. The role involves handling inventory, pulling orders, loading trucks, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualified candidates will have 1–2 years of warehouse experience, 2 years forklift experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to meet MVR standards. Safety and quality adherence is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience required.
• 2 years forklift experience.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must meet MVR criteria as defined by regulations.
• Warehousing and material handling experience preferred.
• Must obtain certification to operate motorized handling equipment.
• Clear written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Move and organize inventory, fill customer orders, unload and load materials.
• Pull and assemble orders from warehouse locations.
• Tag and document materials for accurate inventory.
• Operate forklift/yard truck as needed for loading/unloading.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Assist with safety and quality standards compliance.
