Job summary

RealCold is hiring an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead the inventory control team in a cold storage facility. The role interfaces with operations and management to ensure inventory accuracy and timely responses to customer needs.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in inventory control and 2+ years in supervision; forklift certification is preferred; experience with Blue Yonder WMS and MS Office is a plus. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of inventory control experience.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with warehouse operations and production management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the inventory control team and coordinate with the Office Supervisor, Operations Manager and GM.
• Promote safety culture and enforce safety rules.
• Schedule inventory control staff and approve time sheets for payroll.
• Oversee daily inventory analysis and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with warehouse and customers about items, locations and counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment in a safe manner and comply with regulations.
