Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, storage, and shipping of products. You will handle order fulfillment, keep inventory organized, and operate material handling equipment as needed.

This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. English communication and basic SAP proficiency are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory systems or scanners is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive and organize incoming shipments
• Load/unload materials and move inventory (pallet jack/forklift)
• Maintain accurate inventory records using systems like SAP
• Coordinate with Customer Service and internal teams on orders and shipments
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
• Identify low stock and support inventory control
