Job summary

Gallagher Group Limited is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, shipping, and inventory control. You will perform pick/pack/ship duties, receive shipments, operate pallet jacks or forklifts, and maintain accurate records in SAP.

You will collaborate with Customer Service and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate orders while keeping the warehouse clean and safe. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, warehouse experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory systems or scanners.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklift) is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive and organize incoming shipments.
• Load/unload materials and move inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using systems like SAP.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and internal teams on orders and shipments.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
• Identify low stock and support inventory control.
