Job summary

GALLS, LLC is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a GALLS Retail Store (Branch). You will support back-of-house functions, fulfill and ship orders accurately, and maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment. Training will be provided to succeed in this role.

Ideal candidates have shipping/receiving experience, are proficient with WMS and Excel, and can read and write English, perform basic math, and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving and training provided by GALLS.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and MS Excel preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English for daily tasks and orders.
• Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Highly organized with strong attention to accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities

• Print and sort pick tickets to fulfill orders and match with packing lists and shipping labels.
• Audit orders for 100% quality.
• Construct and label boxes; prepare for shipment.
• Prepare void space and seal boxes; ensure correct packaging.
• Manifest and load orders for shipment; restock and inventory control.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work area; restock supplies.
• Support a team to meet productivity goals efficiently and accurately.
