Galleher Industries is seeking an Inventory Specialist for our Kaufman, TX operation. The role focuses on accuracy in receiving, storing, and shipping materials, while maintaining NetSuite records and supporting production.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in inventory control or shipping, forklift experience, and a solid eye for detail in a fast-paced warehouse environment with safety at the forefront.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in inventory control, shipping/receiving, quality, or manufacturing operations.
• Forklift experience required for loading, unloading and material handling.
• Ability to read purchase orders, bills of lading, drawings and product specs.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems; NetSuite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect raw materials, components, finished goods, and returns.
• Enter receipts in NetSuite and complete put away within 24 hours.
• Label, store, and stage materials; verify locations match inventory.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies with documentation.
• Operate forklifts safely and maintain a clean warehouse environment.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing material against drawings and specs.
• Coordinate disposition for nonconforming material with leadership.
