Job summary

GALLS is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our retail store to handle back‑of‑house tasks, ensure timely fulfillment, and maintain accurate inventories. You will print, sort, pack, and ship orders while upholding a safe, organized workspace and learning our warehouse processes.

The role requires basic math, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided to cover all processes and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving preferred; Galls will train.
• Proficiency with computers; MS Excel experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Highly organized with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Print and sort pick tickets to fulfill orders and match with packing lists and shipping labels.
• Audit orders for 100% quality.
• Construct boxes to required size and label with documentation.
• Fill void space and seal boxes for shipment.
• Manifest and load orders for shipment.
• Sort products by location and description; restock as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Follow safety regulations and procedures.
