Job summary

Productivity Inc. in Plymouth, MN is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Assistant / Coolant Technician to join our team. This role focuses on warehouse operations—shipping, receiving, inventory management, and forklift operation—while also serving as a backup for coolant technician duties.

Qualifications

Must be ready to work hard and stay productive in a hands-on environment.
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physical tasks safely.
Valid driver's license and ability to pass a DOT physical when required.

Responsibilities

Handle shipping, receiving, and inventory management as part of warehouse operations.
Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
Assist with deliveries as needed to support routine logistics.
Provide backup for coolant removal, sanitation, and related services.
Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
