Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation is seeking a User Experience Intern to join the Experience Design Group. You will work closely with senior designers, product managers, and developers to shape UX for web, mobile, and industrial apps.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in UX/UI Design, HCI, Graphic Design, Psychology, or a related field.
A portfolio of academic, personal, or professional projects showcasing a user-centered design process, wireframes, and prototypes.
Familiarity with design and prototyping software such as Figma.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present design ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

User Research: assist in conducting interviews, surveys, and competitive analyses to understand user needs.
Design & Prototyping: create low- and high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and prototypes using Figma.
Testing & Iteration: participate in usability testing sessions, gather feedback, and translate insights into design improvements.
Collaboration: partner with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing to align designs with goals.
Design Systems: help maintain UI components, style guides, and design documentation.
