You will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise floor staff, monitor mixing, casting, molding, and curing, enforce OSHA safety, and coordinate maintenance. Strong knowledge of urethane processes and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in urethane, rubber, silicone, or polymer manufacturing.
• Supervisory or foreman experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of urethane mixing, casting, and molding processes.
• Familiarity with quality control standards and inspection procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, work orders, and production schedules.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day urethane manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules and quality standards are met.
• Supervise, mentor, and coordinate production floor team members to maximize efficiency and output.
• Monitor urethane mixing, casting, molding, and curing processes to ensure product consistency.
• Enforce workplace safety protocols and OSHA compliance throughout the facility.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
• Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective actions to minimize defects and waste.
• Collaborate with management to optimize workflows, reduce downtime, and meet production targets.
