Polymer Resources is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor at our Farmington, CT facility to oversee safety, quality, productivity, and customer service.

The role requires leading a hands-on team, operating single or twin screw extrusion lines, and making timely process adjustments to meet specifications. A strong background in manufacturing and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and written skills.
• Experience in manufacturing environments and extrusion preferred.
• Must lead well, interact with others, and handle deadlines with a flexible workload.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, productivity, and customer service objectives.
• Operate extrusion lines (single screw and twin screw) and line subsystems.
• Ensure safe operations of personnel and equipment.
• Monitor production quality and adjust process settings to meet specs.
• Coach and lead employees; act as liaison between VP of Operations and operators.
• Enforce plant and corporate policies.
