Job summary

All-State Industries is seeking a reliable Urethane Machine Operator B to support urethane molding operations. You will prepare molds and materials, monitor quality, and assist the Lead Operator A to keep production efficient and safe.

Responsibilities include setting up molds on hot plates, handling resins and related tasks, using hand tools, inspecting finished parts, recording production data, and maintaining a clean, organized work area while following safety guidelines and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred; urethane molding helpful but not required.
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality requirements precisely.
• Basic math and measurement skills are required.
• Basic computer skills and use of company applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production materials and supplies for molding operations.
• Prepare, wax, stage, clean, inspect, and store molds; assist with locating and placing molds.
• Assist with filling tanks and changing resin drums when machines slow or down.
• Remove finished parts, trim as needed, and place them on carts or in ovens.
• Inspect parts and molds for defects; segregate nonconforming items and log rejects.
• Operate department tools and assist with end-of-shift material handling and housekeeping.
