Handling Systems and Conveyors, Inc. seeks a Millwright Installation Superintendent to lead on-site installation, alignment, and commissioning of industrial machinery.

This hands-on role requires directing crews, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring safety and quality across every installation stage. You will interpret blueprints, plan rigging and lifting operations, manage schedules and materials, and drive projects to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of millwright experience with leadership roles.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours on project sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate millwright crews on installation, maintenance, and relocation.
• Plan and execute installation sequences including rigging and alignment.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
• Schedule labor, equipment, and materials to meet timelines.
• Oversee rigging operations, lifts, hoisting, and crane coordination.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed.
• Identify and resolve installation issues in real time.
• Participate in commissioning and startup of installed equipment.
• Monitor progress and provide status reports.
