Job summary

Randstad USA in Pineville, NC is seeking a Tool & Die Maker to set up and operate manual mills and lathes, build dies and tooling, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances. You will read blueprints, perform first article inspection, and maintain tooling per procedures.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 7 AM–4 PM, with a salary of $60,000–$65,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package. High school diploma required; experience with progressive tools is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience operating manual mills and lathes.
• Ability to read blueprints and work with close tolerances.
• Experience building, maintaining and troubleshooting progressive dies/tools.

Responsibilities

• Build dies and tooling from blueprint to job approval.
• Troubleshoot stamping tools and perform repairs as needed.
• Ensure parts meet first article inspection.
