Job summary

Flex-N-Gate LLC. is seeking a Tool and Die Maker to fabricate parts using standard knee mills, lathes and grinders, reading blueprints and sketches, and maintaining dies and press tooling.

You will read detailed blueprints, use safety equipment, and troubleshoot tooling processes while ensuring production requirements are met. Experience with Wire EDM is a plus and physical demands include lifting and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and sketches to fabricate parts.
• Operate tool and die equipment including welding and heat treating.
• Understand blueprint reading and use PPE per guidelines.
• Experience with Wire EDM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dies and support equipment; perform preventive maintenance.
• Fabricate parts to tolerances using mills, lathes, and grinders.
• Read and interpret detailed blueprints and instructions; troubleshoot machinery.
