This hands-on role spends ~50–60% of time in shops and test fields, collaborating with technicians, engineers, and validation teams to drive NPI and CPI programs across CMDC and SMDC sites. Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with testing, validation, or product development.
• Ability to read engineering schematics and work hands-on ~50–60% of time.
• Strong data quality assessment and evidence-based conclusions.
• Effective communication and proactive documentation.

Mansioni

• Define objectives and acceptance criteria with engineers during pre-test planning.
• Build test plans covering scheduling, instrumentation, data collection, and risks.
• Apply procedures, improve methods, and document new methods as needed.
• Prepare test machines and support equipment across test sites.
• Conduct tests safely on prototype and production machines in shops and fields.
• Verify data quality, troubleshoot issues, and document scope changes.
• Analyze time-series and frequency data to form actionable recommendations.
• Deliver clear test reports and maintain traceability of results.
