Job summary

LiquidStack seeks a hands-on Technical Support Specialist to join the Global Services team in the United States. You will troubleshoot mechanical, thermal, and electromechanical systems on liquid cooling equipment used for AI and HPC workloads, guiding customers and partners from initial diagnosis to resolution.

You will work with engineering docs, BOMs, and CAD models, supporting warranty, service activities, and continuous improvement. Strong communication and CRM documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical support, field service, or equipment troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical, thermal, or electromechanical systems.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Experience documenting issues in CRM or service platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical support contact for customers and field technicians.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, thermal, fluid, and electromechanical issues.
• Analyze issues using engineering docs, BOMs, drawings, and CAD models.
• Document troubleshooting activities and customer communications in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to improve reliability.
• Support installation, warranty evaluations, and service recommendations.
