Job summary

AssistRx, Inc. is seeking a Tech Lead who will be a hands-on architectural and coding leader within a Scrum team.

You will guide design and implementation quality, mentor developers, and partner with Product and Architecture to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions that align with the platform strategy. The role requires active coding, technical decision making, and ownership of tooling, frameworks, and infrastructure within platform guidelines to improve overall solution quality and reduce

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Salesforce (Apex, LWC).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of relational databases, API design (REST, GraphQL).
• Proven Agile Scrum experience with sprint ceremonies and iterative delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and architecture of features for scalable and secure solutions.
• Contribute code and balance leadership responsibilities in delivery.
• Provide technical estimates, identify risks, and plan work in sprint planning.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, testing, and docs.
• Collaborate with Product Owner on technical feasibility and alternative approaches.
