Sensical Inc. is seeking a dependable, hands-on Team Lead for the 2nd shift to keep our production floor running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

You will lead and support a team of 20+ full-time and temporary employees while partnering with the Production Supervisor to maintain daily workflow, productivity, and quality. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of team leadership experience in manufacturing, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Team Lead or manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management and team members.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support a team of 20+ full-time and temporary employees.
• Set safety, quality, cleanliness, and organization standards on the floor.
• Communicate daily priorities, assignments, and production expectations.
• Monitor workflow and team performance throughout the shift.
• Train onboarding new employees and coach on performance and safety.
• Partner with Production Supervisor on staffing and production needs.
