Job summary

Sensical Inc. is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to supervise a production crew in Solon, OH. You’ll drive daily workflow, coach staff, and enforce safety, quality, and housekeeping standards to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include leading 20+ employees, training new hires, and partnering with management to meet production targets. The role demands hands-on leadership and a proactive mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of shop Team Lead experience; Compression molding experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to change, stay calm under pressure, and work in a demanding environment.
• Experience communicating with Account Coordinators, management, and team members about customer needs and department priorities.
• MRP system experience including issuing, returning, salvaging, transferring, and receiving material to inventory.
• Basic HR-related experience preferred, including interviewing, attendance management, disciplinary write-ups, worker respect, injury response, and emergency/safety training.

We are currently seeking a dedicated, outgoing, hands‑on Team Lead to help keep our production floor running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. In this role, you’ll lead a growing crew, support daily workflow, coach team members, and help build a positive, accountable team culture.

Work hours are Monday through Thursday, 4:30 pm to 3:00 AM, with occasional Friday hours, when necessary to meet our customer demands.

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with Teams and SharePoint preferred.

• Basic HR‑related experience preferred, including interviewing, attendance management, disciplinary write‑ups, worker respect, injury response, and emergency/safety training.
• Drug screen and background check required.
